I was contacted by a woman who rented her house in Belgium to holiday-makers.
The guest usually left prematurely. They did not exactly tell why, but it felt
unpleasant and they did not feel at ease.
She asked me to take a look at what was going on.

I tuned in to the house and found out that the ghost of a previous owner still lived
there. He did not know that he had died. I told him clearly and lovingly the ins and
outs and said that it was time for him to move on and leave. On that, he left in
peace and out of his own free will.

A year later, the present owner contacted me again. She told me that all guests now
stayed for the whole booked period and that they all had a really good time.
She herself thought that the house felt much warmer and comfortable.
